Oak Park Walgreens
Oak Park Walgreens- Our team saved the façade on the existing building while building a new building and adding a Geo-Thermal heating/cooling system. This was a first for a drug store in the United States. At the same time, the building uses energy-saving light fixtures that adjust to the outside light (reducing the need to illuminate the building when sunshine is already providing the necessary illumination). The floor in the building reduces chemicals that are normally used in the cleaning process and a great deal of recycled material was used for the initial construction of the building.

A 106,000 square foot center anchored by Jewel-Osco in Palos Park, Illinois. Renovation of existing building in Lincoln Park on Halsted into a Lucky Brand store, a division of Liz Claiborne, also in Chicago.
